Job Advertisement: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for our next star to join the customer service department at Owens Corning Paroc AB. Here, you will be part of a wonderful team with diverse skills and experiences.

About the Position

To succeed in this role, you should be service-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We appreciate if you are structured, communicative, and stress-resistant. It is also important that you can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing. You should be a curious person who has the ability to seek out answers. We are looking for someone with a technical interest at the core, and it is a plus if you have a background in the construction industry.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your role will include, among other things:

• Order placement
• Quote management within given frameworks
• Contact person for customers
• Updating price agreements in the system
• Initiating claims management regarding transport and orders
• Return administration
• Invoice corrections

Preferred Qualifications:

• If you can speak Danish
• Experience in logistics

The position is daytime-based and located in Skövde. There is an opportunity for some remote work.
