About the Position

Are you a driven and curious person who thrives in a dynamic and change-oriented environment? Then the role of Salesperson could be your next big opportunity!

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for selling our cloud-based HR and financial solutions to our existing customers. As an important part of our dedicated sales team of six, you will independently drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and conducting web presentations to creating tailored offers and closing deals. In your daily work, you will have a lot of customer contact; we have a customer base of 6000 clients, and all interactions are conducted via phone and email. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to create valuable customer relationships while helping our clients identify and implement solutions that streamline their administrative processes.

• Has experience in sales, preferably B2B. Understanding and interest in finance or payroll is an advantage as it helps you understand both the products and our customers' daily lives.
• Is attentive and goal-oriented, with a strong will and energy to drive projects from start to finish.
• Thrives in driving quick deals and working in a fast-paced environment with many dialogues and processes happening simultaneously.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our customers and colleagues via phone and email.
