About the role
As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for your customer portfolio and actively work with relationship-building sales. You will work with existing customers within the Small Business segment (0-50 employees), focusing on creating value, increasing sales, and strengthening long-term business relationships. You will work towards sales targets, and your dialogues with customers will be conducted via phone and digital meetings.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contacting and maintaining existing customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strengthening business relationships.
- Building long-term and meaningful customer relationships to increase sales and improve customer value.
- Actively prospecting new potential customers and expanding the customer portfolio.
- Documenting and following up on deals in the CRM system.
- Working towards established goals, where you have the opportunity to influence and follow up on your own development.
You will be based at the headquarters in Borås and will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team where you report to the Sales Manager Inside Sales.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a sales-driven person with documented experience in outbound sales via phone, preferably within B2B. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of how to build relationships over the phone.
We would like you to have:
- A business-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- The ability to plan and organize your work in a structured way.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- A desire to develop and take responsibility for your own results.
