About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment covering a parental leave. You will be employed by Bravura or work as an independent consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Responsibilities

In the role of Global Brand Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving the global strategy and ensuring consistent and effective communication across digital platforms including websites, social media, SEO, and e-commerce. You will lead a team of direct reports working on areas such as brand websites, measurement, content creation, and managing Global PIM and DAM. Furthermore, you will ensure that the digital communication strategy aligns with overall brand, communication, and category strategies. You will guide the creation of campaign assets and content strategies and implement and improve SEO strategies based on measurable results and insights. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to leverage synergies between brands and channels. Through collaboration with brand teams, product management, and other functions, you will ensure that digital initiatives are coordinated and effective. You will also be responsible for overseeing the budget management for digital investments and keeping them aligned with business goals. To succeed in this role, you will use your understanding of consumer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to analyze their impact on brand performance.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in Digital Brand Marketing in a global or agency environment, preferably from a regulated industry such as health, medicine, or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in leading teams and having direct reports
  • Experience in analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analyses
  • Experience in leading agencies and collaborating with external partners
  • Experience in working with B2B and/or healthcare products is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
