Job Description
Program Planning Coordinator & Operations Planner (Supply)
Are you ready to take the lead in global production planning and coordination?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Planning Coordinator & Operations Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our global supply chain operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between production plants, supply chain teams, and key stakeholders across commercial, industrial, and financial domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Reporting: Manage and consolidate weekly production program status reports, aligning real output with build plans for stakeholders.
- Master Production Schedule (MPS): Create and release optimized MPS for affiliates and assigned plants, balancing supply and demand.
- Program Planning Leadership: Lead the monthly program planning process, acting as the primary contact for supply chain planning teams in affiliates.
- Scenario Planning: Simulate and create carline planning scenarios for assigned plants while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Capacity Management: Collaborate with plant and capacity teams to ensure MPS is both buildable and sellable.
- Process Coordination: Manage time plans for monthly global program processes and steer stakeholder activities.
- Material Preparation: Verify, consolidate, and distribute materials for key meetings, including IVCM and GPV&CM. Document decisions and follow-ups.
- Data Reporting: Manage and populate data reports required for production opportunities and volume planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Hercules.
- Global Production Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the global production program process.
- Sales & Production Planning: Extensive experience balancing supply and demand from both commercial and industrial perspectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven relationship-building skills with procurement teams and plants in multicultural environments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to anticipate problems, develop solutions, and connect the dots between data and decisions.
- Adaptability: High availability and flexibility to meet evolving process needs and new scenarios.
