We are an expanding publicly traded company that builds and manages rental apartments at a fast pace. Today, we operate from Copenhagen in the south to Gävle in the north. Our rental agents work closely with the customer and are involved in the entire journey from the first contact to the signed agreement. As our regular rental agent is going on parental leave, we are now looking for a replacement. Would you like to be part of our team?

Your responsibilities

In the role of rental agent, you have overall responsibility for the rental process, with the goal of having all apartments in the property rented out. The path to achieving this consists of marketing, customer events, customer contact, apartment viewings, and contract writing. You will work partly in the office in Gothenburg, but also a lot out in the properties in the cities where you rent out.

With a pool car, you will travel between different locations to meet our future and potential tenants. Together with other colleagues, you will conduct weekly customer events in the locations. This is to increase our visibility and spread information about our apartments. Since some events and certain viewings take place outside of regular working hours, you need to be prepared for work in the evenings and on weekends.

You will be part of a team consisting of several rental agents located in different places around the country. Your closest manager will be our Rental Manager.

Your profile

We want you to be a salesperson through and through! If you are or have been a salesperson in housing, it is a great advantage. To make it extra fun, you need to love meeting people and being out in the field to conduct events for our customers. If responsibility and initiative are two of your greatest strengths, you are also on the right track for this position.

The position is located in Gothenburg. Locations where rentals will take place are in Gothenburg and Vänersborg. You will work full-time, and the position is a temporary contract for about 1 year, starting in March 2025 or by agreement.
