As a pharmacy technician at Hjärtat, you will work variably with sales, professional advice, and cashier services within self-care. In this role, you contribute with your expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy. The position is full-time or according to agreement.

Why you should work with us - the pharmacy manager tells

As more and more customers choose us and one of our pharmacy technicians will be on parental leave during 2025, we are now looking for a new colleague to our team to continue delivering world-class customer meetings. The pharmacy is located inside ICA Maxi and has a large catchment area of customers, both from Falköping and surrounding areas. The workday with us offers great variety - due to our close collaborations with veterinarians in the area, many pet owners also choose to handle their pharmacy errands with us. We are responsive to customer requests and actively work with inventory optimization to meet our customers' needs.

The pharmacy has recently undergone renovations and has received new fresh premises according to Hjärtat's latest pharmacy concept. We have also received an extra prescription channel, which allows us to take care of even more satisfied customers.

For me as a manager, it is important that customers feel welcomed and well taken care of at our pharmacy. Our opening hours are 8 AM to 9 PM every day of the week. Our team consists of 8 employees who wish to welcome a new colleague to share our everyday life with. Good commuting options are available, and free parking is offered outside the pharmacy. The pharmacy is a 9-minute bus ride from Falköping train station.

The position is a temporary pharmacy technician role until 2025-12-31, but with good opportunities for extension. The position is full-time or according to agreement. A probationary period may apply. Start date for the position will be according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a trained pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy technician and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meetings with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for meeting the demands placed on you as an advisor and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
