We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer representative for our workshop!

About the role

As a customer representative, you are our customers' first contact, both by phone and in person. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, manage bookings, plan workshop visits, and keep our customers updated on their cases. You will also coordinate the work between customers and our technicians.

Your responsibilities include:

• Booking and planning workshop visits.
• Welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Keeping customers informed about ongoing work and costs.
• Managing invoicing and payments.
• Contributing to maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Is organized and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is communicative and has a positive attitude.
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
• Has a genuine interest in cars and technical solutions.
