We are a family-owned manufacturing company specializing in elbow connectors and all kinds of signs to enhance accessibility in society. We manufacture all products in our newly built facility at Hagelvädersgatan 11, Gothenburg.

About the position

In the role of financial administrator, you will work alongside production planners and management to navigate the company's administrative areas. The role is broad and varied, involving a lot of personal responsibility. You are expected to actively contribute to the company's administrative development with your knowledge and experience. You will work daytime with us at the office, Monday to Friday.

The position includes tasks such as:

· Purchasing

· Order management

· Ongoing bookkeeping

· Invoicing, accounts receivable and payable

· Various office tasks

About you

We are looking for someone who is independent, enjoys taking responsibility, and works in a structured manner. We see that you have completed a vocational training in economics or equivalent work experience in finance. It is an advantage if you have experience working with Fortnox. Your analytical skills allow you to see opportunities and solutions to contribute to more efficient processes and routines. You are keen to understand the overall operation and always work with high accuracy. You have good communication skills with colleagues, customers, and authorities. You enjoy going the extra mile and want to contribute to our positive atmosphere at work.
