Temporary Position, Senior Accountant

We are now looking for a Senior Accountant for a publicly listed company in Borås. The position is a temporary role for 1 year where you will have the opportunity to get a foot in the door of a well-known company.

You will independently manage two different restaurant groups, with 3-5 active companies in each group.

Responsibilities include handling all ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, profit and liquidity analyses, VAT, taxes, annual financial statements, preparation of annual reports and income tax returns, follow-up and reporting (both internal and to various authorities and auditors), invoicing, as well as incoming and outgoing payments.

There is no other person managing the accounting in these companies, but the client's finance staff is available as a sounding board for various questions. To succeed in the role, it is essential to be confident in your accounting and in making various financial decisions that benefit the operations.

Experience in accounting within the restaurant industry is advantageous as the work involves a significant amount of reconciliation related to delivery companies and cash registers.

Previous experience with accounting in Fortnox is a plus.
