ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a meticulous and structured employee for our Nordic finance department.

We need a resource who can support the department with financial tasks part-time, approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. We prefer that you speak fluent Finnish as we primarily need support in Finland. Our office is located in Stenkullen, Lerum.

SOME TYPICAL TASKS;

• Manage and follow up on customer receivables
• Release blocked orders in our business system
• Register and post payments
• Send reminders and collection requests
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing
• Other administrative tasks within the finance department

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Experience working with accounts receivable in larger companies
• Good knowledge of business systems, preferably SAP and Excel
• Meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Good communication skills and service-oriented
• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written
