Inside Sales Representative at Agria

About the Job

As an inside sales representative at Agria's customer center, you are our important voice outward and often the first contact our customers have with us. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and efficiency permeate everything we do. We offer a flexible workplace with the possibility of remote work up to 50%, and the remaining time you will work at our office in Gärdet, Stockholm. The position is a fixed-term employment for one year with a possibility of extension. You will work full-time according to our rolling schedule during our opening hours: weekdays 08:00–20:00 and weekends 10:00–15:00.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide service and guidance to new and existing customers, primarily via phone
• Sell and inform about our insurance solutions
• Answer questions and help customers find the right insurance
• Contribute to a positive customer experience in every contact
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals

The Following Will Make You Successful in This Role:

• You have experience in customer service and/or sales
• You have good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving set goals
• You have a genuine interest in animals

It’s Also Meritorious If You Have:

• Experience from the insurance industry or similar work
• Experience working in phone-based customer centers
• Experience working in retail

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong teamwork go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.

As a person, you are positive, empathetic, and outgoing. You learn new things easily, enjoy working towards goals and with sales, take initiative, and contribute to an inspiring work environment. You are a team player who spreads energy and enjoys working towards common goals. Of course, you share our and our customers' interest in animals.
