Work at the heart of Sweden's largest concert and event organizer and become part of a stable and professional finance function. Gazella is now looking for a responsible Finance Assistant for Live Nation and Luger, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and eventful environment.

About the position

In the role of Finance Assistant, you will primarily work with ongoing invoice management. This means that you will register, check, and code supplier invoices in the financial system, as well as send invoices for approval and participate in the payment process. You will also handle simpler VAT issues related to invoices and administer expenses, receipts, and company cards. In addition, you will support the business with other administrative tasks within finance.

You are social and communicative, comfortable with many contact points, and thrive in an open and lively work environment with high engagement. During periods of high workload, you work efficiently and structured, without compromising on quality. To succeed in this role, you need:

·      Post-secondary education in finance

·      Approximately 1–2 years of experience in similar tasks, for example from a finance department or an entry-level role within accounts payable

·      Good system skills and strong knowledge of Excel

·      Comfortable working in a changing, international environment

·      Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
