Service Agent at Byggmax

As a Service Agent, you are a central part of our customer service and responsible for providing professional, efficient, and solution-oriented service to our customers and stores. You handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, as well as administrate cases directly in our systems.

The inquiries vary in both scope and complexity and may include:

• General customer inquiries
• Product and assortment guidance
• Invoice inquiries
• Delivery follow-up and claims

You work independently with your cases but are also an important part of a team where you collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve the best possible results and customer experience.

You will receive a structured introduction to quickly get acquainted with the company's working methods, systems, and routines. We are on a development journey with much new on the agenda, focusing on customers, employees, and new technology.

Skills and experience

• Very good computer and system skills
• Ability to quickly and effectively:
• Search and manage information
• Navigate between multiple systems and information sources simultaneously
• Feel comfortable providing service via both phone and email
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
• Interest or experience in building, fixing, or carpentry is a plus

Languages

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (required)
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage

Additional information

The position is located at our modern and pleasant headquarters in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. You will work daytime during regular office hours on weekdays, providing a good balance between work and leisure. Start date is March 11, 2026, and we expect you to be available until the end of September.
