Customer Support Agent - Norwegian Speaking

ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is looking, on behalf of Aspia, for someone who wants to work in technical support at a growing company in accounting, payroll, and tax. The company operates in a proprietary business system used by customers and internal employees. The role involves handling incoming cases via phone and email, focusing on case management, troubleshooting, and navigation during user issues.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately, where the assignment initially lasts six months with good chances of both extension and recruitment. You will be based at Aspia's office at St: Eriksplan, where there is an opportunity to work from home two days a week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
In the role of Customer Support Agent, you will handle cases for Aspia's customers in Norway, which includes the following tasks:
- Handling cases via email and phone
- First point of contact for end-users and internal employees when troubleshooting technical problems in Aspia's business system and its integrated subsystems
- Maintain collaboration with Second Line and other cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development of processes and routines
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have fluent knowledge of Norwegian in speech and writing
- Have very good knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Have previous experience in customer support
- Have good system and computer skills
It is meritorious if you have:
- Education in finance and/or background/interest in IT
- Previous experience in accounting and/or business systems
