The call center operations are conducted within the wholly owned subsidiary SuperB Group AB. About the Job Are you looking for a job that combines development opportunities with an attractive compensation model? We are now looking for driven appointment setters for our office in Solna, just a stone's throw from the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.

In the role of appointment setter at SuperB Group AB, you will contact companies to book meetings related to the sale of electricity agreements for the Nordics' most chosen electricity supplier, Fortum, which gives you excellent conditions to succeed in the role.

What We Offer: We offer a fixed base salary based on experience and a commission model that gives you the opportunity to reach high salary levels.

35-hour Workweek

Monday – Thursday: 09:00–17:15

Friday: 09:00–16:00

Vacation

25 vacation days per year

1 Wellness Hour per Week

We offer 1 wellness hour per week.

Scope: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is social, communicative, and service-oriented

  • Has drive and motivation to achieve set goals

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Has experience in sales (meritorious but not required)

Employment and Start: We offer a 6-month probationary employment, which will then transition to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing.
