We are now looking for a customer advisor for a leading company in the finance sector with offices in Stockholm. You will be an important part of an engaged team where there is a great atmosphere while professionalism permeates the entire organization.

Work scope: 100% employment and working hours are Monday – Friday during office hours.
Work period: We are looking for a start as soon as possible, and the assignment currently runs until 2026-04-30 with good opportunities for extension.
Salary: The salary range for this role is 27,000 SEK - 30,000 SEK.

About the role
As a customer advisor, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You are responsible for effectively and professionally resolving inquiries and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
The work involves various types of questions related to payment solutions, guidance on digital services, as well as handling loan applications, credit assessments, and follow-up on claims and collection matters.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a high school diploma and possess good communication skills, expressing yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or other service-oriented work.
• You are a positive team player who easily integrates into a work group.
• You are responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• You understand the importance of your part in the business chain and place great value on acting professionally and service-oriented in your contact with customers.

It is a merit if you also have:

• Experience from banking, finance, or other economic activities.
