About the role:
As Head of Sales at Camai, you will play a central role in driving the growth of our company by developing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with your colleagues and be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying a need to securing contracts. This includes conducting market analyses, creating and presenting tailored solutions for existing and potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our clients receive first-class service and support throughout the sales cycle. In addition to the operational work, you will work strategically with our CEO to take Camai to the next level.
You will be a key player in building and maintaining long-term relationships and collaborating closely with our team of IT heroes to ensure that we deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs and challenges.
This role requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment. You will have the opportunity to influence and drive your own work while receiving support and guidance from our experienced team.
We are looking for someone who:
To succeed in this role, we see that you come from the IT consulting and/or IT staffing industry with experience in successful sales, and that you have a knack for finding unique solutions for our clients. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in IT and/or sales.
We are looking for a team player with excellent collaboration skills who is passionate about sales and creating long-term relationships. You are communicative and have the ability to understand processes effectively. You take responsibility and have a structured approach to work.

Location: Stockholm/Hybrid. We are in the office 3 days/week.
