We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Pricing & Packaging Specialist for a strategic assignment with a leading player in the energy and societal infrastructure sector.

You will work closely with the business operations and contribute with both strategic insight and operational execution capability to ensure profitable growth over time.

This assignment offers you the opportunity to play a key role in developing a long-term pricing and packaging strategy for an innovative consumer service on the Swedish market.

Your responsibilities

• You will, among other things:
• Develop a pricing model and offer structure tailored for the consumer market.
• Define methodology, principles, and decision frameworks for pricing and packaging.
• Design strategies for packaging, tiers, and potential bundling solutions.
• Ensure margin protection through relevant pricing mechanisms and floor pricing principles.
• Conduct market, competitor, and substitute analyses.
• Analyze customer willingness to pay and perceived value.
• Design principles for price adjustments, repricing, and indexing.
• Create models for ongoing monitoring of price and offer performance.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and critical success factors.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Documented experience in pricing and packaging of consumer services.
• Several successfully completed assignments where you delivered concrete commercial results within pricing.
• Experience from competitive and price-sensitive markets.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational decisions regarding pricing and offer development.
• Very strong analytical skills and strong business acumen.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Advantageous: Experience from the energy, utility, or infrastructure sector.
• Advantageous: Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
• Advantageous: Experience with digital services, SaaS solutions, or optimization services.
