About the Company

Your Role

As an Administrator, you will be an important part of our client's team and work with calculating TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for customers and resellers. You will play a central role in ensuring accurate and clear cost bases that facilitate decision-making for both customers and resellers. The work is varied and involves both administrative tasks and communication with internal and external contacts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Calculate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for customers and resellers, including leasing fees, benefit values, service agreements, insurance, fuel, and tire costs.
  • Receive and handle incoming emails from customers and resellers.
  • Ensure that all calculations contain accurate and complete information.
  • Use internal systems and contacts to supplement missing information.
  • Work in Excel and other administrative systems to compile and report calculations.

Requirements

  • At least a high school education.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in administration.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of English.

Meritorious

  • Previous experience in the automotive or finance industry.
  • Experience with TCO calculations or similar cost assessments.
