Welcome to a New Future at Riksbyggen!
Riksbyggen is a cooperative company, meaning we are member-owned and operate according to our four core values: Innovation, Security, Collaboration, and Long-term Thinking.
We develop sustainable living environments by both creating new homes and managing properties. As one of Sweden's largest players in both housing development and property management, we serve housing cooperatives, companies, and public property owners. Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome here. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in Riksbyggen's People & Culture organization, a team that drives the development of the entire employee experience. The organization encompasses broad expertise in areas such as learning and development, payroll, internal communication, and leadership support, providing you with both a strong network and good conditions to create real impact.
You will be part of an engaged team of six HR Business Partners who together support Riksbyggen's managers and employees in building a sustainable, inclusive, and long-term operation. Here, you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically, influence the organization's development, and contribute to Riksbyggen continuing to be an attractive employer.
Make a Difference with Us
As an HR Business Partner, you will work broadly within the entire People area and support managers in implementing and driving People issues in the organization. This means you will provide support to managers in areas such as change management, labor law, negotiations, organizational development, competency development, recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, etc.
- You collaborate with the organization's managers and leadership teams to develop leadership and contribute to a good work environment
- You take an active role in the organization to contribute to development and change projects
- You strive to work for good labor relations and drive and participate in negotiations and other collaboration forums
- You work closely with other parts of the People & Culture function and support each other when driving initiatives to strengthen Riksbyggen's ability to meet the organization's long-term goals.
You Contribute with Your Expertise and Engagement
As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented, and clear while also being attentive and sympathetic in your demeanor. You have a strong business focus in your People work and see how you contribute to the business and the customer. You are an engaged and self-sufficient person as well as a skilled communicator in both speech and writing. You enjoy being part of a larger whole while also being able to work independently. You excel at building good relationships and have a strong ability to work on many issues simultaneously.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a university degree in human resources and at least 4 years of work experience in the entire People area from a similar role in a matrix organization, preferably where there are collective employees and officials. You have previous experience in change management, management team work, and collaboration/negotiations with trade unions. Experience in property management is a plus.
Our Offer
As an HR Business Partner at Riksbyggen, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and be offered varied and qualified tasks with significant influence, where your business engagement plays a crucial role.
You will have your workplace in Riksbyggen's modern and bright office at Kungsbron in central Stockholm – with a view over the rooftops and direct access to all communication routes, just a stone's throw from T-Centralen. There is also the possibility to work in a hybrid solution and travel may occur. You will be offered wellness benefits, reimbursement for medical visits, and the opportunity to participate in Rikskort – a benefit card that can be used in stores and restaurants.
The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period. Riksbyggen sees diversity as a strength and strives to create an inclusive work environment.
