Registrar with a focus on signal protection

Do you want to help develop and manage Tillväxtverket's document management and registration? Do you have experience and knowledge of signal protection? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

At Tillväxtverket, we work for competitive companies and sustainable development in all parts of Sweden. We offer knowledge, networks, and investment opportunities. This provides direct benefits to companies and creates conditions for businesses, municipalities, and regions to meet future challenges. Tillväxtverket is a national authority with a regional presence in nine locations.

Since the summer of 2025, Tillväxtverket has been the sector-responsible emergency authority with responsibility for the emergency sector - industry, construction, and trade. This means that Tillväxtverket is in a phase of change within, among other things, the document management area. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with a new colleague who enjoys development and order.

About the position

We are looking for a registrar who will primarily help develop new working methods and routines for the part of the registration that handles security-classified documents and other tasks related to the authority's security protection and emergency work. You should have worked as a registrar and have knowledge and experience of signal protection as well as handling security-classified documents. It may be relevant for you to provide internal signal protection training. You will work closely with the signal protection manager and the security protection and emergency organization at the authority.

As a registrar at Tillväxtverket, you will also work with ongoing diary management in the document and case management system Public 360 and handle physical mail. You manage digital channels and also provide advice and support on issues related to diary management and handling of documents. Your tasks also include dispatching documents, archiving permanent documents, and releasing public documents. Together with colleagues in the document management team (archivists and registrars), you will participate in the development work within the document management area and a recently introduced e-archive system.

Your points of contact are primarily the authority's internal organization, but external stakeholders and contacts are also included.

You will belong to the Document Management and Legal Affairs unit in the Legal and Control Department. We are a friendly group consisting of two archivists, one e-archivist, two registrars, and five lawyers in offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Östersund. Your place of employment is Stockholm, but travel to other offices may occur.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education
  • At least one year of work as a registrar or other experience that the employer considers equivalent
  • Experience responding to incoming requests for the release of public documents
  • Knowledge and experience working with signal protection
  • Knowledge and experience handling security-classified documents
  • Knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Archives Act

The following is meritorious:

  • Experience in developing and creating routines for signal protection and handling security-classified documents

As a person, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, can create good structure, is service-oriented, and has good collaboration skills. Since the position places high demands on personal delivery, we expect you to be able to independently prioritize and organize. Furthermore, you have well-developed communication skills and can express yourself correctly and understandably in both speech and writing in Swedish. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment form and application deadline

We expect you to meet our employee and manager policy that expresses the expectations we have for all employees.

The employment is a permanent position. We apply a 6-month probationary period. The position is placed in a security class and requires Swedish citizenship. Security clearance with a background check will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.

The application deadline is 2026-02-22. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
