We are looking for someone who finds the role of committee secretary interesting and developing!

About the assignment

We are now looking for a committee secretary for our client in Salem. The assignment is expected to start immediately and run until June 18, 2026. The scope The scope of the assignment is 50-60%. The number of hours per week may vary depending on where in the committee process one is.

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia.

Your tasks

The assignment includes being responsible for the committee process for two committees: the building and environmental committee and the technical committee.

The work involves:     

  • Entering documents into the document and case management system (Ciceron)

  •   Sending out invitations to preparations and committee meetings

  • Providing support and service to staff and the political organization

  •   Being the secretary at meetings (administrative and chair preparations as well as committees)

  • Writing minutes

  • Expediting meetings

Your qualifications

  • High school education

  • At least one year of professional experience working independently as a committee secretary with the tasks described in the background of the assignment

  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

Meritorious 

  • Experience with Ciceron is meritorious

  • Familiarity with working in a Google environment is meritorious as Salem is a Google municipality
