NRG is now looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to support us with ongoing finance and administration. The role is entirely remote and involves about 2 hours per day (10 hours per week) – perfect for you who want a flexible setup and enjoy order and tidiness.
About the roleIn this role, you will be an important part of our daily flow and help maintain structure, pace, and quality in our administrative processes. You will work closely with the responsible person and have clear tasks where you will receive a lot of trust and responsibility.
You need to be comfortable with administrative routines and have a basic understanding of VAT and financial documentation.
Your tasksYour responsibilities may include:
Managing incoming and outgoing invoices and ensuring that documentation is correct
Compiling and structuring documentation for bookkeeping
Performing simple reconciliations and follow-ups on costs/expenses
Working with VAT-related documentation and understanding what needs to be reported/marked correctly
Updating and maintaining order in Excel, folders, and documents
Assisting with other administration as needed (e.g., compilations, follow-ups, coordination)
A flexible part-time setup that can be combined with other commitments
Remote work and clear planning regarding tasks and deadlines
A role with significant trust where you can truly contribute

Experience (preferable):
Previous experience in finance assistant/administrative work
Familiarity with invoice management, documentation, and simple reconciliations
Good proficiency in Excel
Basic understanding of VAT and financial concepts
Personal qualities:
You are self-driven, meticulous, and enjoy structure
You are reliable and ensure that tasks are completed on time
You communicate clearly and thrive in remote work
You enjoy administrative tasks and have an eye for detail
Scope: Part-time, approx. 10 hours/week (approx. 2 hours/day)
