Within the Business Unit Tech, about 250 employees work with technical property management and administration. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

About the Role

As contract support with us in Täby, you will have a varied and social role with many points of contact. You will support the unit with administrative and financial tasks while ensuring that we maintain a good structure in our systems and internal lists.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling and assigning cases in our internal systems
  • Approving supplier invoices
  • First contact with suppliers regarding incorrect invoices
  • Updating and maintaining internal lists and registers
  • Synchronizing cases between our internal systems
  • Administrative support for invoicing

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and enjoys having many points of contact. You like to take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail - while also being easy to collaborate with and create a good atmosphere around you.

You have:

  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Previous experience in invoicing
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems easily.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • It is a merit if you have previous experience in the real estate industry
