We at Zoey are looking for a reliable and operational Payroll & HR Specialist for an interim assignment at a company in central Gothenburg.

This is a role for you who enjoys structure, systems, and making things happen, and for you who feels confident using SAP and Flex.

The Role 

In this role, you will be responsible for the payroll process in Sweden and act as the contact person for external payroll providers in other European countries. You will coordinate, quality assure, and develop payroll and compensation processes within EMEA, as well as handle time reporting, expense claims, and central HR administrative processes. You will ensure accurate HR data, work closely with HR systems, and contribute to audits, reporting, and global People & Culture initiatives.

Your Background

• Experience in independent payroll work 

• Experience working with payroll in Flex (meritorious) 

• Very good system skills, preferably in SAP

• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law 

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written 

About the Assignment 

• Start: Immediately

• Duration: 9 - 12 months, 100%

• Location: Central Gothenburg
