About the Role

As an alarm operator, you are a central part of our security chain. You receive and manage incoming alarms of various kinds – such as fire alarms, burglary alarms, operational disturbances, and technical faults – as well as monitor camera feeds and answer incoming calls. Each situation requires quick and accurate decisions, and you are responsible for initiating the right action based on the nature and severity of the incident.

As an alarm operator, you act as the spider in the web for our entire operation. You coordinate efforts, maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external resources, and ensure that information flows effectively between all parties involved. The job requires high stress tolerance, accuracy, and the ability to remain calm even in pressured situations.

You will work in an environment where technology and communication are your primary tools, and where your engagement directly contributes to safety and security for both people and businesses.

Who are you?

We see that you have solid experience in service professions and are used to meeting customers and finding solutions to various challenges. You work effortlessly with computers and phones as your main tools. We strongly believe in our employees' ability to grow and develop, and therefore we value your personal qualities just as highly as your formal competencies. In addition, we expect you to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

About the Position

• Start date: Immediately
• Probationary period: 6 months
