At FVB, we are specialists in energy. Virtually all consulting assignments we perform aim to create efficient production, distribution, and use of energy, primarily in the form of heating and cooling.

In the real estate sector, we work to streamline the supply and use of energy through energy mapping, consulting, operational optimization, and as project managers during the renovation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The work is methodical and engineering-based, always focused on customer benefit with a clear system perspective.

You will work within several of our service areas with new and existing clients, primarily in the real estate segment, but also with energy and industrial companies. Most assignments are performed for clients in the Stockholm area. The work is characterized by great freedom but also responsibility towards both colleagues and clients.

We are looking for an engaged energy consultant for our real estate department; perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

You have several years of experience in energy issues within the real estate industry and know how the consulting market works. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and want to contribute to a good overall result and collaboration through your work. You enjoy working both in a team and independently, directly with clients.

You are driven to reduce energy consumption within the real estate portfolio, both through efficiency improvements and new solutions. The assignments involve everything from ideas, energy investigations, and assisting in implementation and follow-up.

FVB is an employee-owned company with a clear culture characterized by collaboration and shared responsibility. You collaborate with other offices to find comprehensive solutions for new and existing clients.

Knowledge of energy systems, heat pumps, ventilation, heating systems, control systems, and optimization is an advantage.

You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. A B driver's license is required as travel is part of the job.
