About Voima Protect

As part of Voima Gold's business operations, the Voima Group's companies perform central functions across the entire value chain for precious metals - including pre-processing, analysis, refining, secure storage, and logistics coordination.

Within the group, Voima Protect operates as the operational and infrastructure-focused unit, responsible for secure storage and logistics coordination. The company operates in an environment with very high security requirements and supports both internal group functions and external customers.

The company is well-established in the Finnish market, and the Swedish operations are currently in an early development phase, where core services, processes, and regulatory compliance are being established from the ground up. Therefore, we are looking for an operational, action-oriented, and practical person who combines formal qualifications with an unpretentious work approach - someone who thrives in a startup environment and is motivated by the opportunity to help build something from scratch.

The Role

In this role, you will help shape and develop the early operations in Sweden, as well as build, drive, and scale the service over time. You will serve as the legally responsible Security Manager for the Swedish security operations.

The role is central to the operations and combines security, service, inventory flows, and leadership.

You will lead the work on-site and help build structures, routines, and methods for how goods are received, handled, packed, and distributed. The Swedish organization initially consists of a smaller team where you will hold a leading position.

The position will be based in Järfälla.

This is not a purely administrative role; you will be directly involved in:

Operational security activities
Regulatory compliance and internal control
Contacts with authorities
Internal processes and routines
Decision-making in the early stages of the operations

Your Background:

To be considered for the position, you must, according to Swedish law, be qualified to serve as a Security Manager.

This includes, among other things:

Completed Security Guard Training
Relevant background in private security or surveillance operations
Sufficient professional experience and personal suitability for approval by the competent authority
Pass and be approved in all background and suitability checks
If you have completed Manager Training, it is an advantage

Who You Are:

You have likely worked in a leadership position within the security industry or have a desire to move towards a leadership role.

As a person, you are humble, responsible, reliable, and have a strong personal drive to develop yourself and others.

It is important that you are comfortable working in an environment where all routines and processes are not yet in place and where tasks and structures change rapidly.
