Are you ready to join us on our exciting journey?
Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest energy companies, and together we continue to electrify Sweden. With us, you are part of a secure and important future industry while having the opportunity to make a difference, grow as an individual, and have fun along the way! We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you?
About the role
As a Security Specialist for civil preparedness, you will work to develop and drive Ellevio's systematic preparedness efforts in a critical societal operation. The role combines strategic development work with operational implementation and aims to strengthen Ellevio's ability to manage peacetime disruptions, crises, and heightened preparedness.
You will further develop work in areas such as risk and vulnerability analyses, continuity management, and training and exercises for Ellevio's crisis organization. The assignment also includes supporting the planning and implementation of military placement of personnel and developing, implementing, and following up on governing documents such as policies, guidelines, and procedures within the preparedness area.
The role involves many internal and external contacts. You will collaborate closely with the business and central support functions and cooperate with authorities and other external actors in the energy and preparedness sectors. You will belong to Ellevio's security organization and be part of a team characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and continuous development. You will also be part of Ellevio's security organization's management group.
Who are you?
You thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, structure, and collaboration, and where your work makes a concrete difference in the organization. You work independently, take responsibility for your deliveries, and drive issues forward in a methodical and solution-oriented way.
You find it easy to build trust and collaborate with different parts of the organization as well as with external actors. You communicate clearly and pedagogically and can adapt your message to the target audience and situation. You are comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks and can prioritize even when circumstances change.
You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
We see that you have:
- A university degree in security, risk, and crisis management or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working with civil preparedness or crisis preparedness.
- Experience in developing governing documents.
Meritorious:
- Experience working with risk and vulnerability analyses.
- Experience working with continuity management.
- Experience in project management.
