The position is a summer temporary job, so we hope you are available for work between weeks 25-33. Securitas will assign you a schedule so you can plan your summer with both work and enjoyable activities in good time! Whether you want to work day or night, in a fast-paced or calm environment, Securitas has the job for you.

Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a stationary guard, you will be placed at one or more of our clients on the northern side of Stockholm. Our sites are spread between Stockholm city and extend out to Jordbro. Therefore, it is advantageous if you can easily get to different locations in Stockholm. The length of work shifts varies, but they are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. The schedule also includes work on weekends.

As a stationary guard, you provide security on-site for one of our clients. Depending on which client you are with, the tasks may vary. You may work as a receptionist at a larger company or perform surveillance in the form of monitoring those who enter and exit, patrolling, alarm management, and camera surveillance. Regardless of which client you work for, your primary task is to be attentive and ensure that everything is in order. You work independently and under your own responsibility, often both day and night.

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legal compliance, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
