SOC (Security Operations Center) – Part-time & On-call Employment

About the Position

We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented alarm operators for part-time and on-call employment. The position involves working days, evenings, and nights in our modern SOC in Kungsholmen. With us, you will be an important part of a professional team working at the center of events.

Responsibilities

As an alarm operator, you play a key role in the operation and are often the first point of contact in an incident. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing various types of alarms and image verification
• Receiving and registering fault reports
• Making quick and accurate decisions according to established procedures and customer agreements
• Communicating with alarm customers, security guards, police, and partners
• Working concurrently in multiple systems and documenting events accurately

• Is service-oriented and enjoys using the phone as the primary work tool
• Has a professional demeanor and always prioritizes customer safety
• Is self-motivated, stress-resistant, meticulous, and punctual
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help develop the operation
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Administrative experience
• Experience in the security industry or alarm center
