Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 240 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Responsibilities

The position includes, among other tasks:

• Work with operational and energy optimization
• Provide specialist support to property technicians regarding energy issues and advanced property operations
• Deliver documentation to the client regarding maintenance needs of installation systems
• Deliver documentation to and collaborate with the client in developing an action plan for energy work
• Assist operational technicians during energy investigations
• Collaborate with other operational staff and specialists at CBRE

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and enjoys having many points of contact. You are social and self-driven, with broad experience working with various types of clients. You like to take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail - while also being able to collaborate and create a good atmosphere around you.

Qualifications

You have:

• Relevant post-secondary education as an Energy Engineer or energy specialist, e.g., from a vocational college.
• Experience in operational and energy optimization
• Previous experience with the Mestro Energy Monitoring System
• Administrative experience in creating and designing energy reports
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of property technical systems such as control and regulation technology systems
• Preferred if certified as an energy specialist
• Driver's license (B)
