Avarn Security is tasked with delivering security services to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, which involves staffing with Airport Controllers, Security Guards, and Watchmen. For many years, we have also provided security services to Malmö Airport (Sturup), Sälen Airport (Scandinavian Mountains Airport), and Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen.

We offer you an exciting job at Scandinavia's largest security object, which will consist of work in security checks and some stationary monitoring. You will be based at the security check where you work as an airport controller but will, if necessary, reinforce our security guard group. There are high demands on you as an individual to maintain a high level of security at the site. The job requires good teamwork skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. Being communicative and physically fit is essential to thrive in the role. You need to be flexible and enjoy tasks that can change at short notice.

The working hours are full-time, provided you are approved in required training and have received the relevant licenses for the position. Until then, you will have a 70% employment. You will primarily work as an airport controller in security checks and support monitoring as needed at our various positions, where gates are the most common. Working hours are distributed across all hours of the day and week. Interviews are ongoing. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period starting after agreement with the requirement to complete training that will be provided to be able to take employment at Arlanda. Two years of work experience is an advantage for this position.

The position requires you to be able to carry a weapon. An assessment conversation will be applied for this competence before weapon training takes place.

It is advantageous if you are already trained as a security guard and airport controller. If you are not, we will ensure that you are trained. Other experience from the security industry is also advantageous.

Requirements for Applicants:

• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Organized finances
• Driver's license B
