As a Moisture Expert, you will play a central role in a larger new construction project in the Stockholm area. You will be part of the design team and responsible for driving and ensuring moisture safety work throughout the design phase.

You will work closely with project managers, design management, and other consultants, where you will be responsible for setting requirements, documenting, and following up on moisture safety in the project. The role involves significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the project's quality and long-term sustainability.

In the role of moisture expert, you are responsible for planning, leading, and quality assuring the project's moisture safety work in the design phase.

You will establish a moisture safety description according to ByggaF and ensure that the design meets requirements according to BBR. You are responsible for documenting and integrating all moisture safety requirements into the project and ensuring these are followed up throughout the process.

Furthermore, you will ensure that drying times for materials such as concrete and leveling compounds are correctly planned in the schedule. You will review that industry regulations for wet rooms and installations are adhered to and define control points for moisture in the project.

You will also develop routines for moisture safety controls and contribute to the project achieving requirements according to Miljöbyggnad 4.0, aiming to reach silver level for the moisture indicator.

• At least 2 years of experience as a moisture expert

• At least 5 years of documented experience in moisture safety work

• Basic knowledge of building technology, building physics, and the construction process

• Experience in new construction of multi-family houses (at least 100 apartments) as a moisture expert

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience as a moisture expert in projects related to preschool activities

• Experience as a moisture expert in projects handling low-lying areas for stormwater drainage

• Certified moisture expert
