About the Role

As a Security Strategist, you will have an important role in developing the company's security work, which is a prioritized issue for the company. The position is newly established, and you will help build the function. You belong to the HR unit and will also work closely with colleagues in technical management, management development, communication, as well as other internal functions, but also within Stockholm City. You are part of a context where quality, social benefit, and security go hand in hand.

You are responsible, among other things, for emergency preparedness issues; sector work for civil preparedness, crisis and war leadership work, including crisis and emergency plans as well as war plans. You participate in security forums within Stockholm City and have overall responsibility for the company's incident reporting system IA. You are responsible for driving the company's internal - and the City's risk and vulnerability analysis work (RSA and SRSA). You are also responsible for strategic insurance issues and follow-up of the company's insurance within construction and property.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as coordinator during major security incidents in the portfolio or organization.
• Be the company's contact person and advisor for security-related incidents in the company's properties and the city, and towards relevant authorities (police, debt collection agency, social services, rescue services, etc.).
• Participate in the City's security work and represent the company in the Crisis and War organization.
• Ensure development, function, and improvement of security in the company's property portfolio.
• Be the contact person and drive preparedness issues from the city.
• Participate in sector work for civil preparedness regarding action plans for e.g., bomb shelters.
• Participate in the City's Security Forum (SISS).
• Contact person for Rescue Services and protection of the civilian population (SRSA).
• Assist in the procurement of framework agreements for guarding services.
• Monitor delivery levels and perform quality follow-up of framework agreement contractors regarding security issues.
• Work with construction safety issues.
• Collaborate with IT regarding information security issues when needed.
• Collaborate with HR on related matters.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience from working with emergency preparedness and/or security issues.
• Knowledge of regulations for emergency preparedness and/or security issues.
• An academic education in a relevant field for the position.

The following is considered meritorious:

• Experience from the property industry.
• Knowledge/experience from working with occupational health and safety issues including construction safety (Bas-P and Bas-U).
• Experience from working in companies/management within Stockholm City.
• Experience with information security issues.
