The Emergency Hospital Board of Region Stockholm consists of Södersjukhuset, Södertälje Hospital, Danderyd Hospital, and St. Erik's Eye Hospital. Södersjukhuset and Södertälje Hospital are two emergency hospitals with broad operations in both emergency and planned care, ranging from childbirth to end-of-life care.
We are now strengthening our teams with a focus on fire safety and are looking for you who would find it exciting to have the opportunity to work with these issues at two hospitals: Södertälje Hospital and Södersjukhuset. The employment is at Södertälje Hospital, Unit for Security and Preparedness, but the duties are shared between the hospitals. At Södertälje Hospital, you will be a colleague to one security coordinator and two preparedness coordinators; at Södersjukhuset, you will have two security coordinator colleagues and two preparedness coordinators. Your direct supervisor is the Head of the Security and Preparedness Department at Södertälje Hospital, but you also report tasks at Södersjukhuset to the Head of Legal and Security.
Are you a security coordinator with experience working on fire safety issues?
The work is both strategic and operational, and you will collaborate closely with the other security coordinators at both hospitals. Your main tasks and area of responsibility are systematic fire safety. This means you are responsible for the hospitals' permits for flammable goods, maintaining governing documents, and serving as the contact person for the hospital's operations, landlords, rescue services, and supervisory authorities regarding fire and flammable goods. You support managers and fire safety representatives in fire safety matters and follow up on deviations, inspections, and identified deficiencies.
In addition, you will have a role in other security work, such as technical and manual guarding. You conduct risk assessments and analyses, and lead and participate in improvement work, projects, and training within the security area.
Along with this broad network within the hospitals, you will collaborate with property owners and other internal/external actors, e.g., in construction projects.

Your qualifications:
Requirements:
Security coordinator training or other relevant education, or alternatively, several years of work experience in the security field. In addition, you have:
- good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- experience working with systematic fire safety work (SBA).
- good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the fire safety area.
- experience in coordination and follow-up in a complex organization.
Meritorious:
- Experience working in hospitals, care environments, or other complex public operations.
- Experience working with flammable goods.
- Experience in operation-related security work, such as physical security and manual guarding.
- Experience in construction projects or property-related collaboration.
- Experience in risk management or incident investigation.
- Experience driving change work.
