About the Role

As a Car Tester, you will help us ensure vehicle quality through thorough test drives and a clear checklist. You are our eyes and feel for early detection of deviations, allowing us to address issues before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test drives according to a fixed checklist (brakes, steering, noise, vibrations, etc.)
• Perform basic functional checks (lights, AC, infotainment, warning lights, etc.)
• Document results clearly via mobile phone (we’ll show you how)
• Photograph and report deviations, then forward them to logistics or the workshop
• As needed: perform basic vehicle transport, pickup, or drop-off

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver’s license and excellent driving feel
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and follows checklists without shortcuts
• Can clearly describe faults (what you hear/feel and when they occur)
• Loves cars and is eager to learn more about the automotive industry

Qualifications that are a plus: Interest in vehicles, workshop experience, or prior test drive/car testing experience.

Employment & Conditions

• Hourly wage
• Minimum 100 hours/month (opportunity for additional hours)
• Working hours: primarily weekdays, occasionally evenings or weekends
