Do you have experience working with telecommunication systems or physical security? Do you thrive in a role that involves close customer relationships, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to lead your own projects? TEAM TSP is growing and is now looking for case handlers who want to take the next step in their careers and become a key player in a family-owned company in Stockholm!
About the Role
As a case handler at TEAM TSP, you will work with a wide variety of assignments, ranging from universities, laboratories, government agencies, law enforcement authorities, and museums. TEAM TSP is currently seeking two case handlers for the Telecommunications & Security and Physical Security departments. Within Telecommunications & Security, the team works with design and consulting for intrusion alarms and access control systems, video surveillance systems, fire and evacuation alarm systems, building networks, and AV systems. Within Physical Security, they work with security and risk analysis, design, project management, inspection, security reviews, and door design.
The case handler works together with the project managers throughout the entire project and participates in various consulting and design meetings. Your task is to be responsible for and develop technical solutions, drawing documentation, and specifications for other consulting categories, as well as for the procurement of contractors and technical solutions. Since the role is very broad, there is also an opportunity to tailor the position to your specific background and skills.
We also look for someone who works well in a group, as the work is partly performed in teams where you support each other. As part of this process, a background check and security clearance will be conducted, as the company works with security-classified projects.

An important role with specialized and challenging assignments in a stable company with low staff turnover. This is initially a consulting assignment through us at Academic Work, with the goal of being hired directly by TEAM TSP afterwards.

- Has at least 3 years of industry experience within electrical engineering, telecommunication systems, or physical security, either in design or from the installation side.
- Has technical experience with the ability to independently drive projects and create complete case handling and documentation from scratch.
- Has an education as an electrical engineer, BIM designer, or other relevant vocational higher education (YH) within electrical engineering and telecommunication systems.
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Is a Swedish citizen, as our client works with security-classified projects which require a successful security check.
It is an advantage if you have

- Good knowledge of English.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
