The Role
In this role as a Fire Safety Technician, you will work in a unique and challenging environment, which requires high levels of responsibility regarding safety, flexibility, precision, and planning. The position includes among other things:
- Serving as the landlord's face and ensuring that tenants receive good service and a functional, safe environment.
- Patrolling and performing corrective maintenance on properties, as well as addressing reported defects.
- Independently performing most, including advanced, fire safety tasks within various types of properties.
- Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment, as well as inspecting and operating sprinkler systems.
- Carrying out actions and documenting them in accordance with established procedures.
Who are you?
You have:
- Several years of experience working as a property technician with a focus on fire safety.
- Training as an operations/property technician or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
- Experience working independently in various types of properties.
- Experience in having frequent contact with tenants.
- Experience working with various property technical systems.
- Experience and certifications in fire alarms, sprinklers, facility maintenance, and gas leak systems.
- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fire safety.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

Some of our clients operate businesses that in certain cases require placement in a security classification and subsequent register checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 Chapter 3).
- We request extracts from the criminal record register for individuals according to Section 9, Paragraph 1 of the Act (1998:620) on the Criminal Record Register for employment.
- Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be required for certain client assignments.
The position is full-time (100%) and permanent, subject to a probationary period. The start date for the position is Autumn 2026.
Recruitment will take place in stages during the spring, which means that selection and appointment may occur continuously during this period.
