Then the role of Customer Monitoring Specialist at Securitas Technology could be your next job!

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Monitoring Specialist, you will work at our alarm center handling customer contacts via phone, chat, and email. You are responsible for managing security-classified customer cases through our case management system. You act as a consultant and proactively in dialogue with our customers and partners.

This is a part-time position with varying working hours. There is an opportunity to work day, evening, and night shifts, which requires flexibility but also gives you the chance to adapt work to your daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
• Previous experience in service and customer contact.
• Good ability to learn and work efficiently in systems and other digital tools.
• Basic understanding of security.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work.
• Experience from similar roles where case management via telephony and email was a common part of the work is an advantage.
