About the role

As a Fire Technician, you work to maintain and improve fire protection in our customers' premises. Your tasks include SBA (Systematic Fire Protection Work), fire safety inspections, connecting and disconnecting fire alarms and sprinklers, as well as reporting defects and corrective actions to the client. Additionally, you will perform supervision, maintenance, and upkeep on contracted sites and, to some extent, develop the SBA work within the organization. You will also work continuously with fire stopping and therefore need knowledge in this area.

You will become part of our knowledgeable fire team and will work at Södersjukhuset (South Hospital). You will work closely with colleagues across different competence areas and hospital operations.

Security-cleared workplace:

Södersjukhuset is security-classified, so you will undergo a security clearance check prior to employment.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Knowledge of fire stopping

• Work experience in fire protection work

• Certifications for Hot Work, Fall Protection, First Aid, and Facility Operator for fire alarms and sprinklers

• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

• Valid Category B driver's license
