At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to:
- Drive and develop work with non-financial risks, with a special focus on information security, cyber risks, and third-party risks.
- Support the business in identifying, analyzing, assessing, and managing operational, regulatory, strategic, and sustainability-related risks.
- Be a key person in the bank's work to strengthen risk management in line with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and changing threat landscapes.
- Build specialist competence in information security and Third Party Risk Management and eventually become one of the team's leading experts in the field.
- Challenge and support the business in matters related to information security, outsourcing, vendor risks, and management of critical third-party suppliers.
- Contribute to strengthening the bank's security culture by increasing risk awareness and promoting shared responsibility for security and risk management.
- Participate in and support processes for the protection of information assets, information classification, risk assessments, and monitoring of security requirements.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the business, IT, security, procurement, legal, and other specialist functions to ensure effective and integrated risk management.
- Support and guide contract owners in managing and monitoring contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
- Have the opportunity to influence the bank's development and contribute to secure and sustainable services for both customers and employees.
- Experience in risk management, information security, internal control, or a similar field.
- Good understanding of information security risks, cyber threats, and third-party risks.
- Experience in risk analysis, control evaluations, or regulatory work.
- Ability to translate complex risk issues into concrete and business-oriented recommendations.
- A strong personal drive and the ability to build trust with various stakeholders.
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
