QUALIFICATIONS
As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture and quickly identify possible solutions to complex problems. You are skilled at planning and structuring work, both in the short and long term. Good communication and pedagogical skills are also important for creating good dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders within the company.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- At least three years of experience in similar tasks such as an occupational safety coordinator, occupational safety engineer, or experience in a similar operation combined with a role as a safety representative.
- Several years of experience in environments with many physical occupational safety risks, preferably from industry, construction, or civil engineering.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations.
