We are looking for a fire consultant for a feasibility study that will serve as the basis for upcoming renovation work with a player in property management. The assignment focuses on producing a clear and useful decision-making basis related to fire safety, including recommendations and proposals for actions for the next steps.

• Conduct a feasibility study focusing on fire safety in preparation for planned renovation work.
• Develop feasibility study documents and compile materials that support decisions and further project planning.
• Identify and describe relevant fire-related needs, risks, and action proposals.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that materials and recommendations are anchored.

• Documented competence as a fire consultant.
• Experience in producing feasibility study documents or equivalent materials for renovation/project planning.
• Ability to deliver structured and clear decision-making materials.

• Experience from assignments within residential properties or property management.
