Health and Safety Coordinator for PreZero

At Uniflex, we are helping our client PreZero find their new Health and Safety Coordinator!

As a Health and Safety Coordinator for the PreZero project, responsible for the collection of pumpable waste for Stockholm Vatten och Avfall, you will be in charge of the project's health and safety work. Your focus will be on developing, planning, leading, and following up on daily routines within health and safety. Other tasks include inventorying collection points, conducting risk assessments, compiling reports, participating in meetings, and being responsible for updating and driving the action plan for health and safety work within the project.

Practical Information:

• Start date: As agreed, as soon as possible.
• Location: Office in Nacka/Värmdö, travel within Stockholm may occur.
• Scope: Full-time

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with solid experience in working with health and safety issues and enjoys being out in daily operations. Someone who has a strong commitment to motivating for a better work environment and has a great interest in people. You are expected to contribute to maintaining good relationships with the company's customers, authorities, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in your role, we believe you are communicative, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You are also engaged and action-oriented, able to make your own decisions, and prioritize when you have multiple tasks going on at the same time. You have a genuine interest in people and health and safety issues and in helping to find solutions so that we can deliver the services our customers demand. Safety for both our employees and customers is of utmost importance to you.

You are willing to take your own initiatives and have the ability to independently carry out and complete tasks. Industry experience is an advantage, and good computer skills are a requirement. You have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing and at least a high school education. If you have training in the field of health and safety, it is an advantage.

You need to have a B driver's license to visit customers around Stockholm.
