As a building permit administrator, you will work on investigating, reviewing, and processing cases related to building permits. Furthermore, you will plan and follow up on practices. You are expected to work independently based on guidelines and practices.

• Good experience working independently as a building permit administrator with at least three years of experience in building permit processing

• Documented knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act and PBL

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Relevant education for carrying out the assignment. The client reserves the right to assess what can be considered relevant education.
