Smart Parking Sweden AB is currently responsible for parking supervision, operation, and management of garages and parking facilities. We do this on behalf of property owners, housing associations, and management companies. We provide smart, customized digital and environmentally friendly solutions as well as the most customer-friendly platform on the market. We operate in several locations across the country with our headquarters in Stockholm.

The Position

We are now looking for more colleagues for our assignments in the southern parts of Stockholm to continue the development of the parking industry. The job as a parking attendant is characterized by "freedom under responsibility" where you independently supervise our clients' facilities to promote traffic safety, increase accessibility, and improve the living environment. You will be employed in Stockholm, and the work may involve shifts in other parts of the region.

You will start from our office in Norsborg.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring facilities by car and on foot.
• Ensuring compliance with parking regulations.
• Ensuring that correct and clear signage is present in the area.
• Issuing control fees for violations.
• Assisting parkers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assisting parkers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

Qualifications:

• Held a B driver's license for at least 4 years
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• High school diploma

Meritorious

• Previous experience as a parking attendant
• Previous experience in security

Employment

The position is full-time, and the working hours are during the day, evening, and night throughout the year. Start date is according to agreement and begins with a probationary period of 6 months. The work starts with an internal training of about one to two weeks on the laws and regulations that apply to parking and signage (private property). Upon employment, a background check from the police will be requested. Salary and employment conditions are according to collective agreements.

The salary for a new employee is 26,243 SEK per month.
