Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 250 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The role includes, among other things:

As a fire technician, you will be the property owner's face to the outside and responsible for ensuring that tenants have a safe and functioning environment to be in, as well as:

• Patrolling and corrective maintenance with a focus on fire protection.
• Service, inspections, and maintenance of fire protection equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire doors, smoke vents, and escape routes.
• Troubleshooting and actions on fire protection installations.
• Independently perform most, including advanced, fire protection work within various types of properties.
• Independently troubleshoot technical installations and equipment.
• Carry out actions and document in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

Who are you?

You have:

• Several years of experience working with fire protection in properties.
• Property technician education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Experience of independent work in various types of properties.
• Experience in having a lot of contact with tenants.
• Experience working with various property technical systems.
• Driver's license (B).
