Avarn Security is currently seeking four team leaders to work alongside the operations manager of the Parking department to develop our operations.

About the Position

As a team leader, you will work both operationally as a public parking attendant and lead the daily work of the team. In the operational part, you will monitor compliance with parking regulations, create a safe traffic situation, and meet the public with high service and clear information about applicable rules. At the same time, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily assignments, following up on work, and ensuring that the quality of parking supervision remains high. You will support and coach colleagues, introduce new employees, and report any risks or areas for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with the operations manager and our client, the Traffic Office, while actively contributing to a good team spirit and a professional work environment where both operations and employees have the right conditions to succeed.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 and 08:00 – 17:00, including five evening shifts per month and one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

We are looking for an engaged and responsible leader who enjoys taking initiative, finding solutions, and meeting challenges with a positive drive. Requirements for Applicants

• Trained public parking attendant
• High school diploma with passing grades in Swedish from year 1
• 1 year of documented experience as a parking attendant
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Team leader training or other leadership training
• Experience in a previous leadership role
• Good customer knowledge

Additionally, you must be without a criminal record*, drug-free, have a stable economy, and maintain good health and physical fitness to be employed by Avarn Security.
